Extensively remodelled and extended house for a property developer. Doubled the footprint of the existing house, keeping the existing characteristics of the original house and carrying these over to the new and extended areas which consisted of a new family size kitchen, dining room, spacious utility room and two new formal reception rooms at the front of the property. Also included a new bespoke oak framed garage.
